As a Scrum Master, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the Agile methodology and Scrum framework for your team. Some of the specific responsibilities of a Scrum Master include:

1. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies: As a Scrum Master, you facilitate the daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. You ensure that everyone is participating and that the meetings are productive.
2. Removing obstacles: You are responsible for identifying and removing any obstacles or impediments that may prevent the team from completing their tasks or meeting their goals.
3. Coaching and mentoring: You coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, and help them understand and implement the Scrum framework.
4. Promoting teamwork: You promote teamwork and collaboration within the team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Protecting the team: You protect the team from distractions and interruptions, and ensure that they have the resources they need to complete their work.
