Product managers and project managers are both important roles within an organization, but they have different responsibilities and focus areas.

Project managers work closely with cross-functional teams, including project stakeholders, team members, and external vendors or contractors, to manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks.

In summary, while both roles require strong leadership and collaboration skills, product managers focus on developing and managing a product portfolio, while project managers focus on managing specific projects within a given timeframe and budget.
